Definitions Platform: Tajeer website/application Lessor: User offering assets/services for rent Lessee: User renting assets/services Content: All data displayed on the Platform 2. Eligibility Users must be 18 years or older Must provide accurate information The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts upon violations 3. Nature of Service The Platform acts as an intermediary only It is not responsible for asset condition or quality Agreements are solely between users 4. Accounts Users are responsible for their account security Account sharing is prohibited The Platform is not liable for unauthorized use 5. Lessor Obligations Provide accurate listing details Commit to rental timelines Ensure legality of listed assets 6. Lessee Obligations Use assets legally and safely Return items in agreed condition Bear responsibility for damages 7. Payments Payments are processed electronically Service fees may apply Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise 8. Cancellation Subject to lessor’s policy Cancellation fees may apply 9.
